Check-in & Check-out: 5-6 out of 10. I have to be honest here. The staff were really helpful, but the process was not that fast. At one point it got a bit frustrating and there was a little tension because things were not going smoothly.
But and this is important – I ended up being happy in the end. What I learned is that if you tell the staff earlier what you need, they really do listen and they will try to give you good service. They are helpful, just a bit slow when it’s busy.

During my stay I saw business travelers on laptops in the lobby, solo travelers, couples, and families. There’s always someone around, always something happening. So if you like a quiet, empty hotel, this is not it. If you like a place with energy and life, you will fit right in.

Cleanliness: 9/10. Rooms were modern, spotless, and housekeeping came daily.
Bed Comfort: Comfy beds with good linen. Slept well despite the mall noise downstairs.
Room Size: Standard Double is 301 sq ft, Superior 431 sq ft, Junior Suite 474 sq ft. Plenty of space.
Amenities: Air-con, flat-screen TV with satellite, free WiFi, safe, coffee/tea maker, fridge, desk, bottled water.
Bathroom: Note – bathrooms are “partially open”. So you have a bathtub or shower, toiletries, hair dryer, but it’s not fully closed off.
View: I had a city view. Some rooms overlook the pool area.
